I just graduated from phase 1!!! It took me longer than anticipated as I was balancing my other jobs, but finally got into the rhythm of things and got to learn so much about the different kinds of deals. Now I'm looking forward to phase 2 and learning how to find them/get more hands on. Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated!
