Hey Rico, I sent a message to the admin took sometime and also get as many likes as possible. Once you get 5 you'll have full access! But no worries, i liked enough of your post to get you access. Enjoy Rico!
what do you write down in your notes on a sales call?
hey guys, I often find myself rewriting the structure of how I take notes during sales calls. sometimes I'm getting lost in my notes, sometimes it distracts me. Have you found some way of taking notes that works for you?

I write down their motivations, mindset, belief and fears. Especially if I hear it show up more than once.
What's the best pillar structure?
Visual on screen on verbal on the phone - how long do you spend on this? We have an offer and the calls are going long in this stage - often taking the calls beyond an hour.

Hey @Zachary Jarvis What are you using right now... If possible try and keep the pitch under 10 minutes. Go longer and they start losing what is being said and the pieces stop connecting. Three to four pillars is the standard right now but this depends on your offer
Biggest Impact?
What have you implemented so far that has made the biggest impact in you’re selling career? For me, it was learning how to disassociate from the sale.

Disassociating is a big one. For me it was knowing why I ask each question, not just what to ask. People can feel the difference between you fishing for a yes and actually trying to understand them.

100% Stefani, when you have a real process, you're not chasing the close, you're just guiding them to the decision. This changes everything.

Make intentional time, even if it's just 10 minutes, to read your script out loud. This has helped me so much.
