I recently finished the GIVE framework. Not a concept new to me, but it was a great take on the subject. I was in Business Network International (BNI) the first 11 years of being in business. It's the largest network marketing organization in the world. Truly amazing organization for local businesses. Dr. Ivan Misner coined the phrase, "Giver's Gain", which was the foundation of what helped build my business's first million dollar year. Kasim's GIVE framework in the online community space aligns very well with the Ivan's philosophy. I feel like I have intuitively applied the concept over the years, but now have a framework I can measure the application against.
