"Moonbase"-Project
I try to build a 2D-Game in style of "Civilization". The game is about building an outpost on the moon with managing all the life-support, ressources, tech, breeding of plants, keeping human health in space ... no fighting, no aliens, just learning some basic concepts of astrobiology, chemistry and physics. Edutainment for kids. Graphics: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney 3D-Objects: Meshy (for 2D-map) 2D-Map with 3D-Effect: Some Editor like "Inkarnate" would be nice, but not fantasy, just planetary tiles and objects. I did not find a good one yet. Framework: Phaser or Pygame, at the moment i am not sure if i go for Python or HTML5. Unity / C# is for me no good option, as my C# knowledge is low. Depending on finding a good template (i did not find yet). I am working with Visual Studio Code. I will start on April, if i can find a good template to work on. AI only for assets, programming myself (to understand the code for modifications).

@Morgan Page no, i did not use phaser.js so far. I found, when prompting like "You are a webdeveloper creating a game using the framework phaser.js" the results are not good. The AI has probably not so much training material as reference. Just give it the freedom to find a solution in a way the AI has most training reference works best, i guess.

I have an update: The Missions-UI Prototype is now ready. It took me around 4 hours. I worked with Copilot/ChatGPT as AI-Allrounder. It was not always easy - just "vibe coding" is not possible. You have to organize your ideas in "modules" and need the tech terms to get the AI understanding what you want. And there will be still mistakes you have to correct manually but AI-generated code is sometimes really difficult to understand. Well in my case, i had one error the AI and myself could not correct, so i had to do some try and error at suspicious code blocks. But the AI gives a lot of explanaitions and hints where to look, you learn a lot by AI-assistent-coding. Anyway, i like this. As i am just intermediate in HTML5 i probably would not be able to code this without AI-support.
Edutainment for Kids
Hello, i am on developing edutainment games for kids. Simple 2D would be OK. I have some basic knowledge in C# - Unity, Python, HTML5 - JavaScript. But i do not have enough time to completly code a project. So i am looking for some AI-help to get faster.

@Anna Stoilova I have a phd in Plant Sciences, and something similar to a Bsc in IT- Management. Developing IT stuff is still challenging for me.

@Morgan Page A template would be great to learn. But i did not find something yet. Well, there is "FreeCiv" as OpenSource, but its written in C, i do not understand the Code. Something easier in Python or JavaScript would be nice - i did not find yet.
