Here's how to run a direct mail campaign that actually converts: 1️⃣ Pull a targeted list. Absentee owners, tax delinquents, pre-foreclosures. The more distressed the criteria, the more motivated the seller. Use PropStream or BatchLeads. 2️⃣ Keep the message simple. "I buy houses in [City] — fast, cash, as-is. Call or text [number]."
