Welcome!
If your life is not progressing as fast as you need it to and you've tried 'self-acceptance' as well as traditional one-size-fits-all self-help 'bro' advice - then you've made the right choice joining our community. Over here we are mainly focused on getting better at being productive and socialising with people. You'll notice that the courses in the classroom don't focus on practicing 'social skills'. This was intentional. That's because practice only makes 'perfect' with a fully 'matured' feedback loop which is what needs to be optimised first (check out the classroom to see more on this) We also don't tell you that your lack of productivity is resolved with 'dopamine resets'. That's because more sensitive dopamine receptors help you want to do something more, which makes it easier to do the thing but it doesn't target mid-task brain glitches/working memory crashes, and being overwhelmed with excess thought streams. Our core philosophy is built around optimising the efficiency of your 'Mental Operating System' that is foundational to peak social and cognitive performance, so you can finally have the bandwidth to handle your innate analytical and pattern recognition capabilities without getting overwhelmed by tasks or dealing with people Feel free to introduce yourselves and check out the 'Cognitive Foundations Audit' in the Classroom tab to get started 🙂
