Pickleball and plantar faciitis
Anybody have secrets of limiting heal pain from plantar fasciitis that don't involve playing less pickleball.

I had it bad about 6 months ago. Could barely put my shoes on. I found out it was just extreme inflammation that flared up in my feet. I tried wide toe box shoes and special massage balls and hot and cold exposure. None of that shit worked and it was terrible. I then tried an anti inflammatory diet and some intermittent fasting. It went away in two days. I did a water/ salt fast for about 36 hours and started no carb eating and walking to pump those lymph nodes. It’s gone and I’ve been eating a modified low carb diet since working in some intermittent daily fasts and my plantar fasciitis is long gone. Also my ankles are no longer inflamed. My knees feel better also. Candles gone as well. I’m not a doctor but an anti inflammatory diet and fasting should take care of it. Don’t be stubborn like I was. Do it and be free.
Drills?
How many of you are doing drills during the week? Do you replace a playing session with drills, or try to fit both in? If you’re doing both, are you drilling in the morning and then playing later that day?

I got a dink poster vinyl sticker and I do fast hands drills in the garage with it a few days a week. I also do drop shot drills and fast hands drills with my kids and a friend.
Small win
I bought this shirt that I’m wearing today about 14 years ago and has never really fit. My wife asked me a few times to get rid of it when we were decluttering. I wore it to church today and it fit great. I know this is kind of a simple dumb thing, but it felt really good to be able to wear something that I thought I was never gonna be able to wear. Even if it is a silly T-shirt from a video game from back in 2012. Chime in if you know the video game. I’ll bet nobody does. My kids and I love it!
