I always try to enjoy my Saturday! I went to the gym, ran errands, and then went out to lunch with my husband. Lots of relaxing! So, water and steps were low. I generally don’t eat a snack if I went out to lunch. I’m just not hungry. Sleep was good! Sunday lunch and dinner are planned to maximize nutrition.
I was glad it was Friday! I got all my goals. Water (barely, but did it). ✅ Sleep✅ Steps ✅ Snack✅ Proud that I stuck to my routines even with a wacky week of conferences and schedule changes.
Got the steps even though it was a rest day and an afternoon of sitting in conferences! ✅ Snack (same as yesterday) ✅ In bed 9:30-4:30 ✅ Water ❌ definitely the hardest for me
