Water is my hardest goal. I come close but don’t hit it very often. Produce is an easy one for me but it will be fun to look at how many different fruits & veggies I eat in a day. I’ve never really thought about it.
Protein Bars!
Hi Friends! One of the bit takeaways from the challenge was how creative everyone is with their protein snack. Many of you opted for bars and it was requested that we start a thread with some of our favorite protein bars! I'm not a bar person (too hard with my dietary restrictions), so let's open up the thread to posting our favorite protein, too! Let's goooooo!

LAST DAY- January Challenge ❄️
You did it! TWO full weeks of awesomeness! My hope is that you continue to implement these little habits into your day. I gathered some ideas of different posts and am so excited at the closeness and community we’ve built in here. I’ve definitely incorporated small changes that are sustainable and I plan to continue. For me, the glass of water first thing in the morning is here to stay!

I don’t have the steps, but chugged some water to get to my goal. Snack was cheese, nuts, grapes.
DAYS 11 & 12- January Challenge ❄️

Steps were low. The walk with the puppy was shorter than I planned. It was cold and started to change to sleet. No fun. No gym class so water intake was lower than it could’ve been, but still more than my weekends before the challenge. Snacks were on point ✅
