4 Questions...
1. What would you do if you were fearless and could not fail? 2. What will you be most proud of a year from now? 3. What are three things you must stop doing? 4. What advice would you give yourself in your exact situation? I saw these questions on a YouTube video this morning and I'm hesitant to ask and answer these myself but deep down I know this is probably something I should consider. For the past few years, I've been using my fears as a compass, meaning that instead of avoiding them I move towards them. I know firsthand that I'm happier with my life since I faced a particularly terrifying question of abandoning a sustainable and comfortable career to pursue something much riskier but much more personally rewarding. I wish I moved faster but grateful that I did pursue change when it was uncomfortable. I realized it is more important to have proximity to people who help me challenge and question my limiting beliefs. I found that what I desire could be found on the other side of fear. I'm still working on how to do this in more and more areas of my life. What if just as an exercise you answered these four questions for yourself? What do you have to lose? Mornin! I've been dealing with a lot of similar things recently especially moving towards fears and addressing them. I don't know if you meant for us to answer in turn, but sometimes we're closer in scenario than we realize so it couldn't hurt to share. So here are my 4 answers: 1. Take multiple auditions for multiples shows, including touring and cruise contracts. It's always lived in the back of my mind and I am making steps toward doing that (technically just for fun) 2. I'd be most proud of having made any of the changes that I've already put into motion. I'm grateful that I've reprioritized things to improve my life recently. The fear I'm technically confronting in this is burnout and how to see it before it hits hard. 3. I have to stop consuming dairy. It hurts no matter how much I enjoy how it tastes. And I must stop giving people a few too many benefits of the doubt. I'm patient, but I let people run with it a bit too far. And lastly, I must stop overthinking my long term goals. It keeps me from keeping my eye on the short term goals that help me achieve the long ones. 4. I'd say to myself that consistency is your friend and you've already seen the results of a little of it so you must be curious to see what it's like even further out and with the sam energy.

Thanks, @Shawn Randall ! All of that is very relatable especially the practice of using a passion to get us out of our comfort zones. I’ve been picking up better habits around exercise recently which has been a big help for me lately as well. I haven’t gotten into the jump rope like I had hoped yet, but once things cool down a bit, that’ll be easier to pick up with the routine I’ve already started. And I definitely need to check out that book. It sounds like the timing of it might be a great fit for me right now. Take care out there 🫶🏾

Continuing this from yesterday: my day has been really great so far in spite of how hot it was to and from my doctor’s appointment. Feeling like I have the energy to get through some bigger goals today for the first time in a while
