Sometimes we get stuck in the "I need to practice, but......" rut - fill in the blank with,... I don't have time, I'm too busy, too much going on, I can't fix xyz... whatever the excuse is... You may say, "you don't know my situation." And although that may be true, I'm human just like you and I've either experienced it myself many times (trust me I have), or I've seen my students struggle with it. We all do! You're not alone... none of us have it all together, but what I do have is way out from the excuses...
