Gooooooood morning friends! It is another beautiful Monday morning! We are starting our week with INTENTION! What goals will you attain this week? Don't forget when we are setting intentions they need to be SMART! S= Specific Make your goal specific as possible. Break it down into micro-steps so that it will feel more attainable! M= Measurable How will you measure your progress to make sure you are on track to meet your goals? A= Attainable Is the goal realistically attainable int he amount of time you have given yourself? R=Relevant Why is this goal important to you? How will completing this goal impact your life? T= Timebound When do you want to accomplish this by? Why is it important for you to accomplish this gal by then? As you set your intentions for the week, let's keep these in mind! Let me know in the comments what your intentions are and how you will follow this system this week to accomplish one of them!

Weekly intentions: 1) Take 15 minutes to not say or think anything negative ( I am getting better at this) 2) Take 2 hours this week for self care before I start my job. 3) Do 1 chapter in my anxiety workbook.

Feral Focus + Intention Setting 9/15/25
Hi Friends! Happy Monday! Can you believe we are already half way through our month? Here is our intention setting post of the week! In this morning's Feral Fucus Call we discussed how hard it is sometimes to protect our boundaries and the importance of making your needs be known. Some intentions that stemmed from that conversations were: - The intention to be more vocal with family about what you need done and why - The intention to finish projects that were started, but abandon when needs weren't met Please add your intentions for the week in the comments so that we can encourage you throughout the week!
