Stop Guessing. Talk to Ascension PL!
Huge shout-out to Ascension PL and its owners, Travis and Bill. Their BioOptimization approach is incredibly thorough and personalized. They offer consultations to help you build a plan tailored specifically to your goals, including guidance on peptides and interpreting blood work. You can either run labs privately and share results with them or complete a blood panel through their system — both options are seamless. After speaking with them, what stood out most was the depth of their knowledge and how clearly they explain everything. It’s obvious they combine real-world experience with a strong educational foundation. No pressure, no hype — just practical, informed guidance focused on helping you optimize intelligently. If you’re looking for clarity, structure, and expert-level insight into performance, health, and longevity strategies, these are absolutely the people to talk to. Highly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping.
AOD-9604 gelling
Has anyone had issues with their AOD gelling? I’ve been reading different posts that some people use Acetic Acid to reconstitute their AOD. I used bac water and mines started to thicken/gel. Is the peptide ruined now?

@Travis Dickey ok thanks Travis!! I only added a drop or 2 of AA, I’m good to still add a1ml of AA although it’s already started to gel?

Worse before better
Has anyone experienced feeling worse before better on peptides—specifically new joint discomfort—before seeing improvement? I’m heading into week 4 and, while I understand that tissue remodeling, nervous system sensitization, hormonal disruption, and load mismatch during healing can all be part of the process, I’m noticing new shoulder joint pain and mild elbow joint discomfort, in addition to not really feeling improvement yet in my original injured areas (knee/hip). Current/recent stack: - BPC-157 / TB-500 - Tesa/IPA - Reta - Glutathione - GHK-Cu - Paused ashwagandha + cortisol-lowering supplements No acute swelling, redness, or sharp pain—more of a stiff, achy, “jammed” joint feeling. For those who’ve run similar protocols: - Is this something you experienced early on? - Did things eventually turn around, and if so, around what timeframe? - Or did this signal the need to pause, adjust load, or simplify the stack? Not looking for medical advice—just real-world experiences. Appreciate any insight
