Hey guys. It been a rough week. My dog was just diagnosed with cancer. I need all the Reiki I can get please.
Please send Reiki my Reiki family

Today a couple times I visited your puppy again. Each time, the cancer slowly dissipated into light that I was then able to blow away (imagine a dandelion, or what my daughter calls a wish flower).
@Heide Johnston sending all the love and light!
Her Name is Karma’s Mindful Spirit. She has two areas next to her heart.
Step 1: Prepare Yourself (2–3 Minutes) - Sit comfortably. - Place hands on your heart. - Take 3 slow breaths. - Say silently:“I offer Reiki for the highest good of (dog’s name).” Let your nervous system soften first. Remember: calm healer → calm field. 🐶 Step 2: Connect to the Dog You can use: • A photo • The dog’s name • A clear mental image • Or simply intention Visualize them resting peacefully. Imagine them surrounded by soft golden or lavender light. If it’s your dog, you’ll likely feel connection immediately. If it’s someone else’s, state: “With permission from (owner’s name) and for the highest good.” ✨ Step 3: Hand Position for Distance Reiki Option A: Hold your hands facing each other as if the dog is resting between them. Option B: Place the photo between your palms. Option C: Send Reiki through your heart and gently extend your hands outward. You may feel: • Warmth • Pulsing • Tingling • Emotional softness • Nothing at all (still working) 🌿 Step 4: Focus Areas (Energetically) Move your intention slowly: 1. Head & Nervous System – Calm anxiety 2. Heart & Lungs – Breath + vitality 3. Abdomen – Digestion, immune system 4. Area of illness – Visualize soothing light Imagine the cells relaxing. Imagine inflammation cooling. Imagine the body remembering balance. Keep it simple — don’t force ⏳ Step 5: Timing • 10–20 minutes is perfect. • Once or twice daily during illness. • Stop when you feel complete or energy naturally settles. Dogs often: • Fall asleep • Sigh • Stretch afterward • Seem calmer within hours 🌙 Step 6: Close the Session Say: “Reiki continues gently as needed. Thank you.” Visualize sealing them in protective light. Then shake out your hands or wash them — clear your field.
I've sent her love and light and at the end of my visualization, she was wagging her tail and I could see happiness in her expression.
Reiki Practitioner
Your job as a Reiki practitioner is not to heal. Your role is to: - Be present - Be neutral - Be grounded - Allow energy to move without attachment to outcome 🧘‍♀️ This is why focus can feel hard sometimes (something you’ve noticed): When your system is clearing or adjusting, your awareness may drift. That’s not failure—that’s energy reorganizing. Reiki does not require: - Concentration - Visualization - Effort It requires availability.

Sometimes we need this reminder - as reiki practitioners, as women, as mothers. 💓
Origins of Reiki
Origins of Reiki Reiki was developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui (1865–1926), a Japanese spiritual seeker, teacher, and healer. According to tradition, Usui spent many years studying spiritual texts and healing methods from Buddhism, Shintoism, and other ancient teachings. Seeking a deeper understanding of healing and enlightenment, he undertook a 21-day meditation retreat on Mount Kurama, a sacred mountain near Kyoto. At the end of this retreat, Usui experienced a profound spiritual awakening. He reported receiving insight into how to access and channel healing energy—what became known as Reiki.

He did a water fast that whole time, right?

@Heide Johnston maybe I interpreted the test as a water fast since that's how I do it - not for 21 days though!
