Day 5 Homework
What I Could Talk About for Hours - Why so many people spend their lives performing instead of truly living. - The transformative power of celebration and why being deeply seen can change the course of someone’s life. - Storytelling as both a healing practice and a leadership skill. - Visibility, personal branding, and using your voice to create meaningful impact rather than simply attracting attention. - Building authentic community in a world that is increasingly disconnected. - Creativity, curiosity, and play as essential ingredients for a meaningful life. - Death awareness as one of the greatest teachers for living fully and making courageous choices. - Creating experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and each other. My Unique Way of Doing Things I don’t believe transformation comes from having all the answers. It comes from asking better questions, creating spaces where people feel genuinely safe, and celebrating what’s already alive within them. I blend storytelling, media strategy, community building, curiosity, spirituality, creativity, and heartfelt conversation into experiences that help people remember who they are and have the courage to live more fully. The Conversation I Wish More People Were Having What if success isn’t the goal? What if the real goal is becoming fully alive? We’ve become experts at building careers, checking boxes, and meeting expectations, yet so many people quietly wonder if they’re living someone else’s version of success. I want us to talk about choosing a life that feels meaningful, creative, connected, and deeply our own before it’s too late. The Story That Changed Everything for Me Living with chronic illness, navigating grief, witnessing loss, and facing my own mortality taught me something I couldn’t unknow: life is precious, unpredictable, and far too short to spend hiding. Those experiences shifted my definition of success from achievement to aliveness and inspired me to dedicate my work to helping others tell the truth, celebrate themselves, and live more courageously.
Day 4 Homework: The Stack

Day 2 Homework: I Am Statements
Long ā€œI Amā€ Statement I am a wildly alive woman, and I refuse to make myself smaller to make anyone else comfortable. I was created to live out loud, to savor this one beautiful life, and to help others remember they were never meant to hide either. I trust the truth that lives inside me. My intuition is wise. My creativity is sacred. My voice carries purpose, and every time I choose visibility over fear, I create permission for someone else to do the same. I am both artist and architect. I dream with my whole heart, and I build with intention. I bring beauty to life through story, community, conversation, and celebration. I don’t just create content. I create connection. I don’t simply market people. I help them remember who they are and give them the courage to share that with the world. I release the need to earn my worth through overworking, proving, or perfecting. I release the belief that I must have every answer before taking the next step. My path has never been built through certainty. It has always been built through courage, curiosity, and faithful action. I trust that the next step appears because I take it. I celebrate people before they fully believe in themselves because I recognize the divine spark within them. I create spaces where people feel safe, seen, heard, and held. I tell the truth with compassion. I lead with love. I witness the magic in others until they can see it for themselves. Abundance flows to me because I know exactly what to do with it. Money is not my destination. It is fuel for generosity, creativity, beautiful experiences, remarkable art, meaningful community, groundbreaking research, and the freedom to build a life that leaves the world better than I found it. I receive with gratitude because I give with joy. I am becoming more visible because I am becoming more myself. The right people recognize me. The right opportunities find me. My work creates ripples I may never fully see, and I trust that they matter. I am sunshine. I am sanctuary. I am sacred overflow. I am a woman who lives fully, loves deeply, creates fearlessly, and celebrates others into becoming. This is not the woman I hope to become someday.

@Chayilee Inspira thank you so much
Day 3 Homework: I Help Statements
Succinct I help people who are ready for more than survival to reconnect with what makes them feel fully alive, so they can create lives, work, and relationships that feel deeply true. More specific I help women who have spent years meeting everyone else’s expectations rediscover their voice, celebrate their gifts, and build lives that feel as alive on the inside as they appear on the outside. Emotional (My Favorite) I help people remember who they were before fear, perfectionism, and other people’s expectations convinced them to become smaller. Together we celebrate what’s already alive within them and create succulent lives worth savoring. Professional I guide purpose-driven women through personal and creative transformation by helping them clarify their voice, embrace visibility, cultivate meaningful community, and build lives aligned with their deepest values.
Day 1 Homework: My Why
I’m in a bit of transitional period in my business evolution, so I’m not sure I am quite there yet, but this refining process is wildly valuable. My WHY Statement I believe every person carries something magnificent that the world desperately needs, yet too many people have been taught to hide their brilliance, silence their spirit, or make themselves smaller to belong. My work is to celebrate people back into themselves. I create spaces where truth is welcomed, vulnerability is honored, creativity is unleashed, and people feel safe enough to be fully seen. Whether through storytelling, media, community, coaching, or art, my purpose is to help others live out loud, because a life fully expressed is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves and each other. My One-Sentence WHY Here are a few directions, because I think I am close to discovering a signature line. Option 1 I celebrate people back into themselves so they can live fully, love boldly, and leave this world without the regret of having stayed small. Option 2 I help people uncover the truth of who they are and give them permission to live it out loud. Option 3 My work is creating spaces where people feel so deeply seen that they become brave enough to become themselves. Option 4 I help people turn their truth into something visible, meaningful, and impossible to ignore. Option 5 I believe celebration is a catalyst, and my purpose is to help people remember the brilliance they already carry. A phrase from my answers has been echoing in my head: ā€œWitnessing the magic and magnificence in others.ā€
