Morning turned around?
Holy busy morning! Started out by my husband being sick last night which continued this morning. Dropped off charlotte to the school, only to have to go back and bring her stuff that she forgot at home! Now headed to a doctor's appointment, then off with the rest of my day. Clients, scheduling and all the other things that a mama has to do! My question for you today is, what do you do when you're in a situation where you feel out of control?Maybe anxiety comes in or frustration? What do you do with that?How do you acclimate your body back to rest and digest, If anxiety shows up!? Let's talk about it....

This is something I really struggle with. I tend to hold on to my anxiety and frustration until it comes out in unhealthy ways 😞 when I do choose to deal with it, I have found the most effective outlet for me is physical exercise. Usually a brisk walk or even a light jog. I used to do yoga, but it has been so long, I don't know if my body would remember how!
