This week I reshared my How Visuals Help– my very first reel ever and only the second post on my Visually Speaking feed on Instagram. Back then, I had ideas, a lot of curiosity, and a hope that sharing visual communication might resonate with others. I didn’t have a website. I didn’t have clear ways for people to connect. I was just beginning. Watching it again reminded me how much has grown since then—not just the business pieces, but the confidence to keep showing up, keep learning, and keep sharing something I care deeply about. I’m grateful for the people I’ve met along the way and for spaces like this community, where connection and learning happen together. Creating visuals and invitations for connection that aim to make learning a little easier to understand is what Visually Speaking is all about! Sometimes growth doesn’t feel dramatic when you’re living it day by day. Looking back helped me notice that something I hoped for is slowly becoming real, and I’m thankful for that. ❤️ Have you revisited something recently that reminded you how far you’ve come?
