Hey guys, I hope you're doing great! I also really hope that you are still able to retain the course work and are using it in your daily flow. Update: I'm going to close the Skool community for now as I've got a big transition out of Sonz Youth happening right now and need to focus all of my attention on that. exciting and charged times! I've made a document for us all to share with all of the course work, all the videos, recorded sessions, etc. on them. Programs D and E
Hey everyone, I was able to work through my shit and get programs D and E fully shot and put together today finally! I’m sorry for the delay. Truly. I’m having a time making this process of content creation happen in a timely way. I honestly don’t yet know how to balance creative space, time and communication with y’all yet but I’m figuring out how much time I need to make things with my actual capacity. My main goal now is to plan ahead and pre-emptively communicate with y’all so I don’t leave you hanging anymore. Thanks for being patient as I learn! Ok, here’s the workouts. D was a great workout! Thank you Trevor. I noticed that I can snatch more weight than I can get up from the Turkish Get up with. So I played around as going lighter made the snatch feel way to easy and getting u from the TU not challenging. I can get down with the heavier weight but getting up from the floor (split squat) I have room from strength gain there. I agree with you @Adam Bear - I enjoy the progression of snatch to TGU. The dumbbell work really points out your imbalances and calls for a very high level of concentration. Appreciated the complexity yet simplicity of this workout. Thank you. Also wherever you were was so vibrantly green. I was pretending it was my green screen in my Brooklyn living room on this fall day. :)

Withhold - I forgot to mention, I am noticing my nose breathing has gained capacity. I have been mouth taping at night for just about a month and it has been a game changer for my breath capacity and nervous system regulation.

Hey guys checking in here. Just want to let y’all know that I’ve been shooting the D and E workout in small pieces but haven’t had time to splice em all together yet. I had a professional emergency come up. Long story that I will share about soon…but it’s got me in a flight state and I have to jam and make things happen right now. I want to continue out training sessions and would love to look at next week for a drop back in, schedule poll to see who would like to continue a weekly workout, when, and move forward then. Will you please indicate an ideal time and day next week that you would want to drop in and train, check in and plan? 90 minutes, no charge. Videos will be to you Friday at the latest.
