Where does true joy come from? Harvard ran a study on happiness for 100 years. They followed 724 people from adolescence through their entire lives; tracking their health, careers, relationships, and overall happiness. The conclusion? Money didn't predict happiness. Fame didn't predict happiness. Success didn't predict happiness. Relationships did. The people who were happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled weren't the richest or most successful ones. They were the ones who had deep, meaningful relationships. Not hundreds of shallow connections. Not LinkedIn networks. Real friendships. People who knew them. People who cared. This is why I built this community. This is why I encourage everyone to be present, on and off of skool. It's why I try and focus on the community just as much as the classroom. Yes, we're here to make money. Yes, we're here to scale. But at the core, we're here to build WITH people, not just around them. The wins matter. But the people you meet along the way matter more. So let me ask: How many people in this community do you actually KNOW beyond their profile? Think about it. Then DM one person you want to know better this week, or call them out here.
