We saved everything and still almost missed early retirement
We used to make good money and save diligently. But our money just sat in bank accounts and retirement accounts while we watched others grow their wealth in ways we didn't understand. It sucked because we felt too embarrassed to ask for help without looking foolish while working at an investment bank. We lived through the 2001 and 2008 market crashes but, investing felt too risky for people like us because we grew up without money. But then, in business school, we learned portfolio theory. We realized most mutual funds were largely a waste of time and that we could manage our own money better ourselves. Which led us to managing our own portfolios, achieving over 22% returns, building $10K+/month in passive income through real estate and the stock market, and retiring at 34. Want to know how we did it? Reply YES and I’ll DM you the details.

"REITs are an easy way to get passive income."
That's what everyone online is saying. But on our quarterly call, we found out it's not that simple, and most people never hear the other side. This week's newsletter breaks down what the hype leaves out. Read it about here.

I'm actually glad I have waited to get the other side information before making that decision. Thanks for sharing this post
What is the money actually supposed to change? Newsletter
For us, wealth was never about buying more stuff. It was about having more choices. Better healthcare. More control over our time. The ability to solve problems without every decision becoming a financial crisis. That’s the real goal of investing. Not just watching a number grow, but building a life where money gives you options. What have you upgraded as your wealth grew or what do you plan on upgrading to improve your life? This week’s newsletter is live inside the classroom. We’re talking about the upgrades that actually matter once you start building real wealth.
