Ok. So. That was a epic. I tried the practice laying down... Full transparency, I ended up falling asleep for a few minutes after turning on my side to help counter the intense heightened buzzing my body was feeling. Once awakened by the strong vocal encouragements I was back to buzzing, swirling, tingling heat. My favorite parts were definitely the scream at the end and the cool down period. That was a challenging 23 minutes and I look forward to gaining the strength to make it all the way through. Grateful to have been able to seen your movements during the practice, Scarlett. Otherwise, I would have never imagined breathwork movement could look/feel/sound so liberating. The perfectionist in me really appreciated the example of flowing freely. And so now.....my life is forever changed for the better🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🧚🏾♀️💝🥰💖🥴🤯💯🎉🤗✅
