Week 2 Update
My physical disruption was waking up and hitting push ups immediately. The main intention was to not just stay in bed doom scrolling. I got it 6/7 times this week. Good progress, in that sense I've made the old identity feel uncomfortable. Now I feel the urge to do it with other and more impactful parts of my life, but it hasn't clicked just yet. All about faith and consistency in the daily. Getting better with the field notebook as I haven't really been the type to write much things down- but now I see it as me talking to my best friend, myself. I feel more momentum in that direction will definitely improve my self image :)
That's amazing that you're waking up and jumping right into exercise. Can you imagine still having this habit a decade from now? How incredible! 😍
Week 2
I attempted several different things to achieve this week's goal. I was successful at some, but not at others. I am still looking for ideas if anyone has any in mind. The first thing I tried was the cold shower. Upon googling my health condition and my ability to do so, it suggested I not. Yet I always feel invincible and go for it. I went for it and spent the entire next day sick (Thursday). On Friday I did a vigorous workout which I highly enjoyed and did make me feel like I had mentally stretched myself (and physically). On Saturday, I went out to socialize for the second time this year. I actually had a really great time and was pleasantly surprised. I had a lot of fun. I even learned additional helpful information regarding my health and ways I can improve it from iridology. On Monday I had a difficult conversation. I already do intermittent fasting daily. James mentioned me trying to read a difficult book so I may read that Pachita book in Spanish. I've been learning Spanish for 7 years, so this is a good idea. I don't always feel well enough to sit up though, so alternative ideas are welcomed. Each time I do something that's beyond my comfort zone, my comfort zone expands. I am still looking for other ways to achieve this week's goal. I can sit up for short periods of time, which is great! If anyone has any ideas of other things I can try, I would really appreciate that. Thank you!

That's amazing to be able to get up so early every morning! And you seem super cheery to boot. You're funny. I'm listening again as I type this. You're inspiring me to write more in my journal. "Through these things I can only become greater!" I love it. You always leave us with a great quote. Thank you! ❤️
PHYSICAL SHOCK
Unfortunately, I had a bad cold from Thursday through Sunday, so I was only able to complete the task to a limited extent. I decided to do some light core workout after work. I’ve done this before but stopped again. Since it always takes some effort for me to do it, I thought it was a good fit. In addition, I’ve started doing very light physical exercises in my daily life whenever I notice that I’m starting to have negative thoughts. I think David mentioned doing something like this a while back. I’ve noticed how the exercise shifts my focus from my thoughts to my body, to the here and now. And it feels good to push yourself to do something when you know you’ll feel good in the end.

Richard congratulations! I'm glad you go "light" with your workouts as I tend to overdo it and injure myself quite often. Baby steps are always helpful. It helps to ask your body for the answers too, over your mind. Awesome progress!!!

I'm glad you're feeling better now!!
The past week has been a wonderful experience.
The past week has been fantastic! So many of my thoughts came to fruition! My cat is pregnant and should give birth in the next week or two! I wasn’t sure how I was going to pay the $600 a month for my girls therapy or and vet bills one the kittens are here. I said the Lord always provides last night… and this morning he did. I got a credit limit increase on my CC which means I can stay in this course and care for my kids and kitties. I had weird dreams about animals 3 nights in a row, the last two nights were interesting as well. I remember parts of all of them. I have been keeping up with the notebook, but I did miss a day of actually writing it down. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone in a few different ways. I’m not sure if I should have kept the same action throughout the week. I had conversations I had been hiding from, I cooked a meal with ingredients I don’t usually use, I did pushups, cold water shock and a few other things. I plan to post a video as another way of getting out of the comfort zone, but in case I don’t this week… this is my post. After the meditation on Wednesday, I felt changed. Everything seemed a little brighter and clearer. Ideas flowed all week! I wrote them down, now I just need to DO them! Thank you all of you for being such incredible souls! 💚🌿🤗✨🙏🏼

I always plan to post a video to get out of my comfort zone too!!! 🤣💖 I love what you wrote about just doing things that you write down. I always make lists too! I am intrigued with your kitten scenario. Could you please keep me posted in the private chat about it? I'd love any pics too!!
