My definition of success changed, once I stopped chasing and started building systems.
Success used to mean pushing harder and doing more. But over time, I realized something: What I needed wasn’t more effort, it was a system I could actually sustain. So I started building one. Slowly. Intentionally. A way of working and growing that didn’t rely on motivation or burnout cycles. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: -How I make decisions -How I manage energy (not just time) -How I stay consistent without forcing it -How I grow while staying aligned And the biggest shift? Success now feels stable, not stressful. It compounds instead of draining me. I’m happy to break down exactly how this system works and what made it sustainable over time. If you’d like me to share it: 👉 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 “𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌” 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 or tell me what part of growth you want to make more sustainable. Let’s build growth that actually lasts.

@Maaz Ahmed I’m always open to exchanging ideas or exploring areas where our interests may align. Since I’m not always very active on Skool, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly via email at melanierwall1004@gmail.com for a more consistent conversation. I’d be glad to share more insights at your convenience no pressure at all, just an open invitation to connect.
I wish someone told me this before I burned out...
Working harder isn’t the same as moving forward. I spent a long time pushing, thinking effort alone would fix everything, when what I really needed was clarity and a system that didn’t rely on constant hustle. Burnout didn’t come from lack of discipline, it came from doing too much without direction. If you’re feeling tired but still stuck, it’s probably not you. It’s what you’re building and how it’s set up. What’s been draining you the most lately?
If effort alone paid well, I’d be rich years ago.
I did everything people told me to do; work harder, stay consistent, don’t quit. And I was exhausted… not wealthy. The truth hit me late: effort without direction just keeps you busy. What actually changed things was turning my experience into a simple, repeatable system that didn’t depend on motivation or long hours. Once I focused on building something that could run consistently, income stopped feeling random. Progress finally made sense. If you’re putting in the work but not seeing the results, it’s probably not your effort it’s the system behind it. Quick question: what are you working hard on right now that should be paying off but isn’t yet?

@Syed Hussain I get that completely. That feeling of putting in so much work and not seeing it reflected in the results can be really draining. AI voice agents are solid, but without a clear way to package, position and get them in front of the right people, the effort can easily outweigh the outcome. Anyway, the work you’ve done isn’t wasted though, it usually just means the system around it needs tightening. Once that’s clear, things tend to move a lot faster.
Ai automation for leads scraping and Linkedin outreach
Hey i want to build an automation sysytem that quickyl finds somebody his phone number, linkedin and email adress so that I can create outreach strategy's quickly. I would also lik eot have a linkedin outreach system that would also be great. Is there somebody that can help me with that? Lets talk about it :)

This is definitely doable. You can combine lead scraping tools with enrichment (email/phone) and then plug that into a LinkedIn outreach flow. I this I'm able to help a little @Jermaine Faneyte
What’s your honest opinion…
Is it harder to start something new or stay consistent with something you’ve already started?

I think starting is easy… staying consistent is where the real test is. Starting takes courage, consistency takes commitment. Most people underestimate the second part.
