One of the hardest parts of raising teens is realizing they’re slowly walking away from us. Not in a dramatic way... just in that quiet, everyday “I’ve got this” kind of way. There’s so much pride in watching them grow into who they’re becoming… and at the same time, a tiny grief for the little person they used to be. It’s tender. It’s beautiful. And it’s normal.

Hi everyone! I’m so happy to share that my very first course with Empower Me is now published and ready for you to explore. This project has been in the works for a long time, and it’s filled with the same tools, conversations, and guidance I use every day to help youth build confidence, resilience, and self-love.
