Hi Holly What is the best way for me to share about myself with you that is secure and confidential? I have a call booked with you for tomorrow morning. If it is possible I would love to write up where I am at in my life for you to read as I feel that it is a clearer way for me to communicate & then knowing these things we can communicate more in the present when we speak. I dont mind if you read it while I am on call with you. Talking about myself also tends to trigger fear and I would prefer to communicate with you from my calmer, loving true self. I realize I will probably need to use the exercises many times over the call to come back to this self in the present but I would like to be able to land in this space more easily & not take up to much time.
