🔵 THE 8-WEEK HEAD START CHALLENGE
Starts Monday 26 October. Finishes Sunday 20 December. ⠀ Everyone else starts in January. You'll already be eight weeks in. ⠀ 📋 WHAT IT IS → An 8 week training program built for your level → Tested in person before we start, retested at the end → A step challenge and a training leaderboard → A cash prize pool → Results night in January ⠀ 🏆 THE PRIZES Three of them. One for steps, one for the trainerize challenge leaderboard, one Coach's Award for the person who shows up the way everyone wishes they did. ⠀ The step prize only unlocks if the whole group hits our step target, so you'll be pushing for each other, not just yourself. ⠀ 📅 WHY NOW AND NOT JANUARY Because January is the worst time to start. You're starting from scratch, in the busiest month, with every machine in the gym taken. ⠀ Start now and January is the month you're already fit, already in a routine, already holding a result. ⠀ 🎁 ALSO RUNNING RIGHT NOW There's a box at the front desk of both clubs. Drop your name in and you could win 8 weeks of coaching with me, free. Drawn Sunday 11 October. ⠀ ✅ HOW TO GET IN Spots open Monday 5 October. Comment "IN" below and I'll message you the moment they do, before it goes public. 🌟More details to come including: → The prize pool → The rules of the challenge → How to win and how to increase your chances of winning

Sleep
Hi I was wondering if anyone has any advice for sleep- I’ve had a bad week of sleep waking up multiple times and unable to get back to sleep for a few hours - I’ve had a lot on this week so stress has been a little higher but wondering if anyone has some tips? Thank you
🔥 Let’s Master Your Habits (One Loop at a Time)
Your habits are the foundation of your results. It’s not about big motivation — it’s about small, repeatable actions. Think of it like this: Cue → Action → Reward Get that loop right, and consistency becomes automatic. Comment below: 👉 What habit do you want to build? 👉 What’s your cue, action, and reward for that habit?

This is so true! I recently read the book atomic habits and it had great tips for staying on track. A lot of what you’ve mentioned in these videos. Getting gym clothes and drink bottle ready each night for the morning and tracking workouts, having a visual aid like a calendar that I tick off and work out app that celebrates improvements or pb’s and training weeks completed are a great motivator. Personally I feel like I’ve already achieved a number of goals by the time I’m leaving the gym and it sets me up to be a happier and healthier person each morning.
🥩 What Are Your Protein Boosters?
💪 What changes are you making to your diet this week to increase your protein intake? Protein is one of the biggest game changers when it comes to fat loss, recovery, and feeling strong. So share some of your strategies. 👉 What are you doing differently this week to bump up your protein? - Are you adding a shake? - Swapping out a snack? - Prepping higher-protein meals? Even small changes stack up. Examples: 🥚 “Boiling eggs in bulk for a grab-and-go snack.” 🧃 “Adding a YoPRO or Chobani Fit to my afternoon routine.” 🍗 “Doubling the meat portion in my dinners.” 💬 “Making sure I hit at least 25g of protein at breakfast.” 👇 Drop your strategy below — you might give someone else their next idea.

🏆 MID WEEK WINS
Last day of September. Good time to look back before the monthly check-in lands tomorrow. Drop one win from this week AND one from the whole month. Big or small, it all counts: → Trained on a day you really didn't feel like it → Beat a number from the start of the month → Protein and water on autopilot now Doesn’t matter what it is 📈 WHY BOTHER Most progress is too slow to notice day to day. Writing it down is how you actually see it. It also makes Friday’s check-in a lot easier to fill out. Post yours below, then hype up at least one other person 👇 I’ll go first
