Quick win to share I took on a new client 2 weeks ago in a high-ticket niche. The campaigns were running, spending $200/day and getting clicks in the 100s, but the CPL was sitting at $387โ€”way too high to make the numbers work. I audited the funnel, spotted some gaps, and decided to fix them. It wasn't a big overhaul. I made one tweak on the landing page, refined the ad copies, fixed the campaign structure, and got the creatives right. That's it. Within 3 days of publishing the 1st campaign, CPL went from $387 down to $85. That's 78% down in 3 days. Already 3 appointments booked with 2 more leads still in follow-up. Most of the time, the budget isn't the problem. The setup is.

FB lead Ads: geography going wild โŒ
I all, looking for help here. I'm noticing that FB lead Ads are going the wrong way (Need people from Place X, leads are coming from Place Y-Z-Y โŒ). I know Metร  Ai goes for "what makes It work easier" but I need to limit out of geography leads. Any suggestions on that? ๐Ÿ‘‡โœ…๐Ÿ‘‡ ChatGpt says I should just add questions on my form or move to a landing Page. Not sure it's my best option right now.

Metaโ€™s default targeting is 'People living in or recently in this location,' which is why you're getting leads from outside your area. S Since you're using lead forms, the easiest fix is to add a 'Zip Code' or 'City' question to the form. It won't stop them from clicking, but it forces them to qualify themselves before they submit. If that doesn't work, you might have to move to a landing page where you can use a more restrictive form. Also, make sure your ad copy explicitly mentions the service area in the first line, something like 'Attention [City] Homeowners'- so people who don't live there self-filter before they even click.

If you're sitting in your Business on a bad Sales day thinking why aren't my efforts working? What is wrong with my strategies? I'm doing everything I can think of. Volume. If you're wondering why your outreach isn't paying off, you're getting frustrated, Volume. Literally on the exact day in which you're reconsidering things in your head because of the repeated failure, just take everything you've been doing that has worked before, or clearly works, and just DOUBLE the volume of how much you usually do it. There should be NO excuse for giving up on anything in your Business, address the excuses you have TO continue instead. If you double your input, you will double the output. When things slow down, force them to pick back up by just massively expanding your reach. Because clearly what you're doing/how much you're doing at the moment isn't good enough. Don't get me wrong, adjust specific strategies if needed, but GO IN on Volume and your efforts, and force success to happen as if inevitable. Make Failure impossible.

This is such a powerful reminder! Sometimes it's not about changing strategies, but about increasing effort and staying consistent. Doubling the volume can definitely lead to better results, especially when you're persistent and focused. @Konrad Strauss
