Hey @Dr. Johnna Richardson thanks for flagging this and sorry for the trouble! We found the bug. When someone clicks an AIS+ link in one of our newsletter emails, they get added to a discount email sequence and a flag gets set to protect them from receiving it again. The problem was a background job that runs every night was clearing that flag, so the protection kept resetting. Anyone who had already gotten the sequence would get it again the next time they clicked a newsletter link - which is exactly what happened to you. It's patched now. We also ran a cleanup pass to make sure all current members are properly protected going forward. And to anyone else who saw the same thing - same cause, same fix, you're all good now.
