Growing but inconsistent. My lowest score is in volunteer recruitment. We have a great core, but struggle to add more volunteers. We became a multisite church quickly because churches were given to us, so we turned them into campuses. So many of our volunteers went to campuses near their churches, so we haven't replaced them.

@Caleb Jones Thank you!! This is an amazing idea! Thank you for taking the time to reply! Question, how do you get new potential people ? At the campus im at every sunday , we run about 4500 but we only have about 375 people who serve across different ministry team across the board. How do we get people who may just attend every sunday to get more involved in our next gen teams?

My Name is Megan, run the Children Ministry at my church but also do admin , event planning and creative work for youth pastors. We have a mulitsite church . I'm the only full time children ministry leader but we have part time leader at the other campuses. Biggest challenge is getting new volunteers. We have a great core of volunteers but need new ones and better recruitment system in place. Thank you for creating this group!
