Over the past few weeks, Iāve been doing a quiet audit of this space. Nothing is wrong. But when clarity deepens, structure evolves. Hereās the simple version: The AI Identity Lab is leveling up. Weāre moving away from: - Passive consumption - Hanging out without direction And toward: - Clear structure - Identity-based implementation - A more intentional way of learning and applying this work What this means for you: If you want to stay, lean in, and actually use what youāre learning ā this is about to get really good. More clarity, better tools, and a cleaner path forward. If this season doesnāt feel aligned, thatās okay too. No pressure. No worries. @Vinita Temmert wow!!! Firstly I totally agree with you!!! I have gone through the purge myself so I get it. Burn baby burn. It is so bitter sweet and I am very excited for you but also holding space for you cause I know it's fucking tough. Second... I totally get it. I have had sooooo many clients with so much resistance to journalling and then they find a way and they see the value and it becomes addictive. The reason why it is also helpful to have a record is because in week 2 we are going to use what comes up to clear out any negative energy and cycles etcš But you do you and get it all out into your awareness and let the cathartic-ness unfold
