a member of this community, whom i had connected with 1-1, was courageous and kind enough to say that the gifs i included in the last post promoting the irl event seemed unrelated to this community as well as the event. they said most people don't necessarily know who goose is and the type of humor surrounding his community, and if we had not connected personally, they would not attend my events. i've already removed them, and as i share things in the future, i'll be more mindful of creating context for it. feedback is the only way we can learn and grow—feeling grateful. thanks again—you know who you are.

Our next IRL event takes place on Saturday, January 17th from 12-4 at St. Pat's...not the cathedral 😭 We'll have the 3rd floor, and it can host up to 50 people for dinner—let's fucking go, pack this thing out, and have a blast!!! There is no minimum spend, but I'd like to make it worth their while, so we have a convenient place to connect. Their regular menu will be available, and another option is the buffet (attached). I'm aiming for 50 people who are craving connection, fun, and to grow the shit out of their Skool. 🤗 What’s planned: 🥳 Ice breakers + group games + cool prizes (fun, not awkward—i promise🤞) 🤓 3 short presentations on growing your skool 🥰 Food, drink, and warm conversations 📣 Seeking presenters - I’m presenting: The 4 biggest bottlenecks that limit community growth — and how to solve them! - I need two more people who enjoy speaking, sharing, and creating value for others. 🎉 If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. On our first virtual call in the fall, We asked, "Who here is coming out of a difficult period in their life?" Almost every person raised their hand. It makes sense. The last few years have been an awakening for the entire world- and every single one of us has our own version of that- through the change that's occurred in our own lives. In speaking to other members in different communities, it's clear- SO many people have joined Skool after tremendous change in their life. Many of us are still working through it. If this is you, Comment: -How has your life changed in the last few years that was suddenly alarming to you? -How do you think it's made you better/stronger? It's an honor to gather here after this period in all of our lives. We are hopeful that this change (although difficult) brings us closer to the version of ourselves we dreamed of.
