Two things initially come to mind: 1. Was fired from a job where I was considered a great best employee there. Reason I was fired was for trying to help/inspire someone struggling so really hurt. However, in doing so I technically broke a policy - This really made me think differently about the world, where I come from, and I started having a very dark view on the world. I still honestly kinda do, but am more so finding peace with it. Made me have love towards everyone because we all eventually die and death does not discriminate. Taught me power of forgiveness. 2. Friend took his own life - This person was perfect and incredible. Continued to show me how cruel our world is and unfair. Showed me you never know what people are going threw... be kind always. We literally all suffer so try to make peace while we are here. We are on the same team/there are for the most part should be enough resources to go around. A lot seems to kind of be built on competition and egos but I don't really see myself as better or worse than anyone. Just existing like everyone else.

I’ve always had a lot of connections and good relationships with people. Been very social, always connecting people; however, I’ve rarely ever felt “seen” by others. I could be full of crap but just hearing the way people talk about life I genuinely just felt I’ve been through so much more pain than them and they just couldn’t relate to my struggles. That obviously is likely very ignorant, but I do still have that belief somewhat in the back of my mind for my local and privileged area and the people I spend time with. Not worldwide. And I really feel I’ve met people here on skool who I can tell think in a similar way as myself and it’s been cool meeting those people, people past me would likely have labeled as “weirdos” and “insane” lmfao

One of my greatest gifts I believe (and curses) is I have a good/weird awareness to people’s states. I’ll play dumb, know how to feed egos, and have the ability to connect with mostly anyone I think because I don’t see myself as better or worse than anyone. I’ll say weird stuff to people but know they’ll like it and it’ll light em’ up… oftentimes completely “inappropriate”Death doesn’t discriminate, we are all dust in the wind is how I kinda think of it. But, the way the world is built, ego and self-identity is very important because you need to explain to people “why you”. Why are you the best fit for this job? However, at the same time, I am extremely competitive and hate losing. Believe I got this mindset from my father and it’s what has made him a very successful entrepreneur.
