Switching My Focus: From 1:1 Coaching β†’ Community
For the past couple of months, I've been coaching people one-on-one, and it's been incredibly valuable. I've learned a lot about the real challenges people face when trying to build their online presence and business. But recently I had a bit of a shift. I realized that while 1:1 coaching is powerful, it’s not very scalable, and it also limits the opportunity for members to learn from each other, not just from me. So over the past few weeks, I made a decision to start shifting my focus more toward building the community itself. Here's what I've been working on recently: β€’ Creating courses inside the classroom so members have structured resources β€’ Launching a $7 founding member offer for early supporters β€’ Designing the community experience so people can learn together, not just from me It's still very early, so I don't have meaningful results to share yet. Right now I'm mostly focused on building the foundation and seeing how things evolve. But the reason I wanted to share this is because I'm curious: For those of you building communities too, what has your journey looked like so far? Did you start with coaching first and then transition into community? Or did you go straight into building a group? Would love to hear your experiences and lessons.

I've spent 3 months building the content on the courses; now it needs people who want to learn and grow together while having all the tools at the same place. It's not a normal community, more of a library... but now I'm concentrating on attracting clients to help and coach.

$5K from your Skool before the end of 2026?
Hey everyone, I hope you're all having a beautiful Friday. Over the past couple of months, I've been working 1:1 with clients and I'm so grateful for that chapter. But I’ve realized something: I don’t want to build a business that depends on constant 1:1. What excites me right now is building a scalable, aligned Skool-based income engine. So I’m sharpening the mission of this community. My goal is to build this Skool community to $5,000/month, in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and energizing. To me, the process matters as much (if not more) as the destination itself. If your goal is to build toward consistent income from your Skool community - especially if $5K/month feels like your next milestone - you’re in the right place. And if that’s not your goal, I’d still love to know what you’re building toward this year. ❀️❀️❀️
