@Carsten Kunkel Hi Carsten, Thank you for your thoughtful response and for breaking it down so clearly. To answer your questions: 1. Revenue dependency: Almost all of my revenue currently comes from this client. However, my market is evolving rapidly, and I’ve seen promising opportunities in my pipeline since September. I believe I should be able to acquire other clients soon. 2. Pipeline growth: My pipeline has increased significantly in the past two months, and I’m optimistic about diversifying my client base. 3. Scenario without the client: While losing this client would be a setback, I could sustain the business with some adjustments. However, I would need to secure a new client fairly quickly to maintain growth. Regarding the options you mentioned: I am considering a compromise where I make the business logic IP exclusive to the client while retaining the technical IP. This would allow me to serve other clients using the same platform while respecting their exclusivity concerns. Of course, I’d need my lawyer to help draft a detailed agreement to protect both sides. If the client chooses to buy the company, they would likely still need my expertise for at least one or two years. I would be open to committing two days a week during that time to support them. I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this hybrid approach could work or if there are risks I’m overlooking. Best regards,
