I have never finished filming on the couch before 😂

Had a wonderful time with Christine staying in La Lavachet / skiworld / Tavaillions chalet. We had the best on piste snow conditions ever experienced! Off piste was also fantastic in selected areas protected from wind blast. We mainly covered terrain that Floss ( back in Jan26) took us on Borsat and Grand Pre areas which was fab. We did not venture upto the Grand Huit due to witnessing an avalanche ( fortunately nobody got caught up). I got to try some new skis - back in January I hired some Atomic Bent 100 to participate with Floss( I really disliked skis)…..this time after several recommendations I tested the Faction Agent series which are uber light ( marketed as piste touring hybrid) and would say description is spot on…. Ultra light with great edge grip in 96 and 106mm. Finally special mention to Floss for lending us the off piste kit - sorry we did not meet up for a coffee 🥲 We are both buzzing and ready to get back on the powder 🤙 ATB Max & Christie

What a week it has been ! The powder, the pistes, the people !!I was so pleased how my Women’s All Mountain Group went ! I also managed to get a few hours skiing for myself with my mountain bestie .. how did everyone’s week go?

My better half ( Christine) and myself will join Floss in Jan 2026 for the intro to back country skiing - we are both super excited as we've been meaning to participate for several years ( life commitments always seem to take over).
