Not because it was hard. Because I had to pause every few seconds to write notes. Before learning about AI agents, I wrote everything manually in a notebook. Every lesson turned into a slow, frustrating process. I kept thinking There has to be a smarter way to learn. So I built one. Not a complex system. Not something enterprise-level. Just a workflow that solved a real problem I faced every day. Here’s what I built (shown in the image): 1️⃣ Telegram Trigger Waits for an image (for example, screenshots from tutorials). 2️⃣ Upload to Google Drive Stores the image in a structured folder. 3️⃣ AI Agent with Memory Checks if the image is clear and sends a message like: "Image received — processing…" 4️⃣ Binary File Handling The file is downloaded again because the image analyzer needs binary data to read it correctly. 5️⃣ AI Image Analyzer Extracts the title, headers, and key learning points from the image. 6️⃣ Structuring AI Agent Formats the extracted content into clean, organized notes and automatically adds them to Google Docs. Then it sends me a message with the document link. That’s it. Not perfect. Not advanced. But incredibly useful. And most importantly — it saved me hours every week. Now I’m working on the next version: 🎯 An AI workflow that can analyze videos — not just images. If yes and you are doing it by hand everyday well, okay I know you, I been in that point that you are in, doing everything by myself and not knowing how to use AI for leverage until one day I heard about this AI agent and this community since that day my life changes a lot and I learn how to Automate, create leverage for myself using AI #here 4 lessons that I learn by building this stuff: 1- don't think too big like I want to replace my Photoshop artist with AI instead think about what tasks that this person has and break it down task by task and step by step like what tasks does a Photoshop artist have to do it may have to realize what the you want then pick the color schema and etc.... 2- Don't spend so much time on error handling, yes error handling is a fundamental part of creating agents but do not spend so much time on that like 1 or 2 or 3 hours instead if you see that you can't figure out on your own ask AI take a screen shot of your error give it to chatgpt explain your error a bit and then it will tell you what to do I usually tell it generate an step by step plan for fixing it and if you see that is not giving you the answer you want, just take a screenshot and ask in the community 3- think deeper about the error that you are encoring, if can't find why is the agent erroring and above solutions doesn't helped you, just think deeper, I remember one time I had and credential error and I ask in the community ask AI, but none of their solutions was not helping me until I think deeper and realize it was a permission error and my users were a little bit messed up and only thing that I needed to do it was just to run it as admin 4- don't just follow tutorials, build above them and Improve them that is how you actually learn instead of just copying others and passive learning, build above them and eventually you get some Ideas of building your own agents #After reading this you now might being okay what should I do now or you might be an AI expert, if you are an AI expert this is only for beginners who just came across:

Hi I just created one AI workflow and one telegram Agent so basically the first workflow look for new file created in a folder when created it download that extract that into binary data then use AI Information Extractor to Extract the fields needed then add those in the same columns of google sheets, then with Ai it creates An Email to be sent to billing team, the second agent is a telegram personal agent that can read that spreadsheet and can pull information out of it add information to it, delete full columns or rows or a specific cell or range so you basically can have just upload your Invoice in Google drive and can completely manage them just by chatting and I also add a security code in this agent that it can give me the link of the google sheets so I can check it !

Hi guys I just created a LinkedIn content creation agent that every day at 6 am it first read existing topics in the LinkedIn posts sheets in the google sheets then generates new topics related to that topics in the google sheets but it generates new one if it generates one that is already exist in the google sheets it go to a loop and generate a new topic that is not in the google sheets then at 7am it search for news related to that topic and finds 4 articles and then the AI agent read those and generates a LinkedIn post add that to LinkedIn posts sheets, sends a verification Email if approve that post then it be post in LinkedIn if not it generates a new content for posting, It literally saves so much time writing and posting LinkedIn posts!!!

I just Created a RAG Telegram bot which is able to answer questions from a Knowledge Base with RAG and pinecone vector store, so it basically replace the guy who answer's the leads or customers question, I didn't have any Knowledge base and I didn't have time to create one so I use the Conor's Cleaning Knowledge base from the liam's agent tutorial to make it to vectors, if you want you can give me a Knowledge base like a google docx about your work and I edit my workflow, and make for you your telegram agent that can answer questions about your work for free just give me some testimonials and feedbacks about my agent thanks🙏
