✨ Day 1: Rise & Thrive Christmas Gift 🎁
Welcome to the 25 Days of Christmas inside the Rise & Thrive Society. I created this month-long experience as a gentle way to help you reconnect with your power, your voice, and the woman you're becoming; one small, intentional moment at a time. Every day you’ll receive a private gift here in our community: a practice… a reflection… or a piece of guidance to support your clarity, confidence, alignment, and calm as we move toward a new year. Today, we begin with something foundational. 🎁 DAY 1 GIFT: How to Write Your Own Affirmations Affirmations become truly powerful when they’re written from your own inner truth — not borrowed words, but language that reflects the future you’re stepping into. This guide will help you: ✨ Shift out of old thought patterns ✨ Create affirmations aligned with your next-level identity ✨ Speak to yourself with intention, compassion, and power✨ Ground your mornings (or evenings) in support and self-trust Download your Day 1 gift below. Use this as a tool to anchor into who you are and who you’re becoming. 👉 Download the PDF: How To Write Your Own Affirmations

Day 3 Gift: An Affirmation for the Woman Rising Into Her Next Level 🎁
“Each day I strive to become the person I want to be.” Simple. Direct. Unapologetic. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress with intention. It’s about showing up for yourself-not in grand gestures, but in the small, consistent choices that shape who you’re becoming. The woman you want to be? She’s not waiting for the “right time.” She’s being built in real time—in the boundaries you hold, the peace you protect, the goals you chase, the habits you choose, and the courage you practice one tiny moment at a time. Every day you decide who you’re becoming. Every choice is a vote. Every intentional action is a brick in the foundation of your next chapter. And that—quietly, steadily, fiercely—is more than enough.💛

Day 4 Gift: A Trio of Inspiration 🎁✏️
Let’s talk about something we all need more of…quiet moments that let our minds breathe. Today’s gift is one of my favorites because it blends relaxation and empowerment: Inspiring “I Am” Coloring Pages. Yes… coloring. And before you say, “Jenn, I’m a grown adult,” hear me out. 😄 There is something grounding about sitting down with a blank page and a few colors — no deadlines, no notifications, no pressure. When I was recovering from being paralyzed, I started coloring as a form of occupational therapy. I grew to rely on that simple activity to help regain use of my hands. It has become a hobby I have grown to really enjoy. Just you, slowing down long enough to remember that peace is a choice…and sometimes, play is the pathway. These “I Am” pages aren’t just cute designs. They’re affirmations in motion. Because when your hands are busy, your mind finally quiets enough to receive the words: I am strong. I am capable. I am worthy. I am enough. And the best part? They’re a beautiful activity to share with your child or teen. A simple moment that plants big seeds… confidence, self-belief, and the reminder that their inner voice matters. Coloring together creates space for conversations we often rush past — about courage, feelings, hopes, and the truth of who they are. So today, give yourself permission to slow down. Grab some markers, pick a page, print it out, and let your inner artist make an appearance. 🌈🖍️ Sometimes the smallest activities are the biggest gifts. **Bonus points for sharing a pic of your finished page(s) 🙂❤️

🔍What You Focus on Magnifies 🔍
Where your eyes go, your life follows. You stare at what’s broken? It gets bigger. You replay who hurt you? You stay smaller. You scroll and compare? Your life becomes someone else’s highlight reel. This isn’t woo-woo. It's a strategy. Your brain finds whatever you feed it. So stop feeding the fear buffet and start feeding possibility...even if it’s tiny. I’ve wasted entire days chasing the loud, anxious drama in my head. Oh it got results, but not the kind I wanted. The only thing that changed my life was changing the thing I trained my attention on. Focus is the lens you point at your life. Point it at fear and scarcity and you’ll get a world that looks exactly like that. Point it at what’s possible - even the tiniest thing - and that’s what grows. Three simple things you can do right now: 1. Check your last 30 minutes. Pause and ask: what did I just spend my mental energy on? If it was mostly reactive - emails, scrolling, replaying an argument - pick one tiny, intentional thing to focus on for the next 30 minutes. Maybe it’s drafting one paragraph, calling one person, or taking a 20-minute walk. Small focus beats busy chaos. 2. Reframe one sentence. Catch the first “I can’t because…” that pops into your head and rewrite it to something you can try. Example: “I can’t because I’m too tired” → “I can try this: set a 10-minute timer and do one small thing.” That tiny reframe shifts how you feel and what you actually do next. 3. Win small, then do it again. Do one little action that proves progress - send that DM, schedule that call, save $5, or write one sentence. Say it out loud. Celebrate it. Then repeat. Momentum is just a string of tiny wins. Try one of these now and notice how different the next 30 minutes feel. Change what you look for, and you change what shows up. This week I’m magnifying one thing: clarity - one clear goal, one measurable step, done daily. 🔍What are you going to magnify this week? Drop in the comments so we can cheer you on!

It’s a new week--your chance to step into the driver’s seat instead of riding shotgun in your own life. Here are 3 ways to take control of your week: 1️⃣ Set non-negotiables. Decide the 1–2 things that MUST happen this week and guard them like treasure. 2️⃣ Stop chasing—start choosing. Don’t let your calendar or inbox dictate your priorities. YOU decide what gets your energy. 3️⃣ Protect your power. Build in at least one moment each day to reset—whether that’s a walk, journaling, or a simple pause to breathe. ✨ Remember: You’re not just managing a week—you’re creating a life. 👉 Drop in the comments: What’s ONE thing you’re claiming control of this week? ( And post a pic of your mug-spiration for today! ☕)
