Hi everybody, For those of you who don’t know me I am Maureen from South Africa. I am an author, artist, musician, NLP Life Coach, RTT Therapist, hypnotherapist and Neuro Somatic Dynamic Coach. For years I have been working with women and one thing I find consistently is that today women over 40 are missing their connections with other women. We have all been so busy raising the children, keeping the house while holding down a job that we lose the opportunity to connect with other women at a heart to heart level. Because of perceiving this need for connection I have created Happiness Habits as a special place where women can connect, share stories, cultures, recipes, hobbies and skills all while developing deep lasting bonds with other women. Picture this. A beautifully furnished room that is both inviting and comfortable. A group of women lounging in the chairs and on beanbags, laughing together, crying together sharing stories, dreams, fears, photos, memories just having fun and enjoying each other’s company and time together. Encouraging and supporting each other. This is the place that exists in my mind. This is the place I want to recreate in here in our Skool Community.

It would be lovely if you would tell us a bit about yourself. Where you are and what you do. I will kick this off. I am Maureen, I live in Plettenberg Bay in South Africa and I am happily married to Ben and have two amazing fur babies Luke our cat and Chewie our yorkie. We have 8 children between us and 15 grandchildren. I love painting, singing, playing the guitar or piano, writing books and creating digital products. I am currently studying for my Master Life Coach in NLP and NSD. It is such a privilege to be here and share together. If you can make it be sure to join me on Saturday at 3pm SAST so that we can get to know each other. The theme for this week is to wear a hat to our tea party.
