Seeking guidance on condensed Design Sprint workshop
I am currently exploring ways to craft a Design Sprint experience tailored for corporate teams. The goal is to introduce them to the methodology in an engaging and gamified manner, all within the confines of a 1-day workshop. The challenge lies in compressing the traditional Design Sprint workshop into a condensed timeframe, ensuring it remains both informative and interactive. I'd greatly appreciate your insights on the feasibility of this kind of workshop and any suggestions for a indicative agenda. Thank you in advance!

Hello @Stavros Stavrides! I work in a university medical school environment and have been laughed at when sharing that the "standard" Design Sprint lasts 5 full days. The most time I have been able to get with people has been 4 hour stretches! My strategy has been to break the Sprint down into two halves (a Concept Sketching Sprint and a Prototyping & Testing Sprint) and run several iterations of each. I end up using some of our precious time explaining what has already happened in previous iterations, but there's not much I can do about the time constraint. I am really liking Rebecca's suggestion above to get through everything in one go--definitely going to give that a try. I will also say that in the context in which I work, the Expert Talks at the beginning of the process really blow people's minds ("Someone has a completely different perspective on my same problem?! WHAT?!"), and I have been unwilling to give that up.
