Hi everyone, One of the main reasons I’m interested in participating here and learning more is because of a business model I’ve been looking at for quite a long time — the “Rank and Rent” approach. The idea of building and ranking local websites, particularly for trades such as electricians, plumbers, roofing contractors, etc., and then generating real leads from those sites really interests me. What especially appeals to me is the possibility of creating recurring income by renting a lead-generating site to a local contractor, rather than simply building one-off websites. I’d be very interested to know if any other members here are exploring similar ideas or working on something along those lines. If so, maybe we could start a discussion around it and share thoughts or experiences. Thanks 👍
