I recently moved to Clearwater, Florida from Virginia and have been wanting to get into real estate investing for a while. I figured anyway to get in the door is good and property management is something a lot of places will need, so that would be something I am very interested in. I feel like it could help me take care of my kids better and have plenty of time for them. I've done a little bit of everything from electric, plumbing, roofing, siding, construction, tree and landscaping, and more. So I feel like I have a wide range of experience for this kind of work.

We ended up getting to 781 single family Doors under management and selling it in 2021. We have reopened the company as of 2026 as our non compete is no longer in place and we are excited to do this with others and show others how to do it. The goal is active income through real estate management and to help Mom’s be able to stay at home and have a flexible schedule! We’re excited to do this with you!
