Loving this book, if you've found it difficult to make it through the work in this course, or you find that your focus is lacking... This is a great book. Funny / weird habit I've picked up: I keep it in the bathroom Any time I go in there with a few mins to spare, I read this. It feels WAY better than just scrolling through shit on my phone. It's all about dopamine, addiction, and how to reclaim your attention. I've found myself addicted to all the digital drugs in the last 6 years - social media, porn, gaming... And I drank like a fish in uni, mostly as a distraction from actually figuring out who I am and working towards my goals. I have no problem sharing that stuff, in hope that it helps you.
