I sat down to check my email a few minutes ago and opened what I have been working towards over the past couple years. You all were the first people I thought of when I felt the joy of this win. I knew this day would come, but it's still thrilling. Thank you Steve and Tony for all the sales coaching over the past few months. Steve - you telling us to leave something behind when we meet with clients is one of the key things that pushed this deal through. I had the thought to take the Plaud notes, format them for a client email, and send them to her with the purpose of communicating that I understand what she wants and give her the opportunity to revisit what we discussed. Since she asked, I walked her through how the financing works. This is the email she is responding to.

Calls
I spent the day on the phone yesterday, calling 17 people and texting many, and speaking with 11. This allowed me to sell the last 3 spots of my Mobile Power Pro Certification program coming up in 30 days. Last week we only had 2 of 12 coming, but due to phone sales, as well as texting and marketing emails, I was able to sell 10 spots in 10 days, which is a record for that program. These are warm leads that have gotten on our waitlist, but it costs about $6k to attend, so we still have to dig through that list to find the right attendees. I would like to say thanks to Steve and this group for encouraging me to try phone sales.

Challenge accepted
Steve reached out to me this morning and challenged me to connect with 50 people a day. This makes the dollar bill challenge seem like child's play. I'm committing to connect with 50 people every day. I will post here how many people I spoke with over the phone every day, regardless of whether I succeed or failed. Honestly, I'm scared to death of this and I do not want to do it - but will proceed regardless of my feelings. I can hear Andy Frisella in the black of my mind - No one ever feels ready, just f-ing get after it and do it.

HOLY S#!T!!!! I got a list of realtors off Zillow and my first call was to one who answered and want to connect over coffee next week and shoot a video to post on our socials. Wow. She has a client that is looking to have an addition done that she will share my information with. I'm speechless.

@Steve Rozenberg I can’t say that it won’t work - it shockingly did and we had a great conversation. She was happy I called. I was shocked.
Challenge
Busy day but used the available time to make calls. 24 dials 6 answers, one appointment for next Tuesday at 3:30 with a realtor who wants to meet. I wrote a script and that went well when talking with the realtor. It was very intimidating but became easier after a dozen or so calls in.

Daily Commute
We're two days into the daily commute call - it's been a great time to connect and shoot the breeze with other members. Getting to know several members on a personal level and having a space to speak our minds was refreshing! Jump on the call Thursday and I look forward to seeing you there!
