My name is Rob Huffman. I am a 26 year veteran of the power washing industry. I founded the Academy of Exterior Maintenance to help the average contractor excel without all of the typical struggles. Hey Rob. My name is Matthew Mikolay from Ohio. I started my business MAH Surface Enforcement LLC in April of 2026 and since then I have learned so much. I absolutely love Power Washing, in fact I consider it my therapy. Thank you for what you do for us beginners. Your advice over the last few months has been a game changer. Keep up the good work. I struggle with recognizing certain stains and treatment (what chemicals to use). I am getting better but need to be a lil more confident with my pricing. And I need to clean up my contract language.
