Hi All, I have a MF Creative spreadsheet that I use to get numbers on MF Creative deals. Looking for buyers and terms that work for them for dispo. Typically it’s 10% or less down, zero percent interest for 7 year term, with ROI of 18% or more which includes 10% management fee per month factored in. Sold 3 many months ago but couldn’t find buyers. Markets where Tulsa, Ok, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, MO. And a few possibles in the mid sized towns in Texas. Any idea’s, thoughts, or suggestions?
