That feeling of impending doom!
For years I’ve struggled with this feeling I can’t shake. Lately I’ve been able to dismiss it and acknowledge it and move on. Sometimes it has a stranglehold on me. I feel it as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. Like a monster is on its way to eat me. Or something terrible is about to happen but I don’t know what. Anyone else have these feelings? I could swear it’s got something to do with diet but again just looking for answers. I’m not sure if I put this in the right category. Just looking to understand it more.

@Holly Doxey I totally agree with what you’ve said. I’ve had some life changing issues happen before that I was on top of the world never had to worry about bills. Then me and my son were hit at a stop sign. It re-broke my neck. He was in physical therapy for 8 months. Thank the lord she hit my side. I’m very aware of toxic thinking and how easily we can slip into it. It’s important to make sure I do my affirmations. The thing that bothers me the most is being a good dad. I know I am but it weighs on me. That’s what being a parent is all about. Thank you so much for talking with me. The main thing we must always do and not be afraid to do it tell your stories. Don’t be ashamed you can’t hide from it. You have to confront it and overcome it. I’ve thought a lot of this and I keep coming back to two things now this is wild but they are full moons and proper diet. I’m not sure. The full moon thing I know it makes me feel nervous, I didn’t go looking I’m very observant and I noticed when I feel all up tight I would be outside I was on an island so full moons are bright. So you notice them and that’s how I kinda made that connection.

We made it halfway through the week 3. Time is FLYING. I want you to pause for a second and let's do a check in. How are you doing RIGHT NOW? What are you dealing with? This week has asked something real from you. Catching your ego before it runs. Staying in the room with the uncomfortable behavior. Listening for the directive underneath the commentary. That is not surface level work and it does not always feel clean or linear while you are in it. Sometimes it can be REALLY hard, especially ego work. So I want to know where you actually are right now. Pick one: 🟢 In it. The work is landing and I can feel something shifting. 🟡 Somewhere in the middle. Some days clear, some days the ego is winning. 🔴 Struggling. The noise is loud this week and I am not sure I am hearing anything. Drop your colour and your house name below and what's coming up for you. Let's talk about it. And if you are sitting in the red, that is not failure. That is the ego doing exactly what it does when the work gets close to something real. Honor it if need be for what it is. You're doing great. I feel like we are in a period of destabilization before stabilization and expansion. If you're going through some difficult things right now, know that you're not alone. Things are most chaotic right before you reach new levels. Life might feel like it's shaking you to your core, understand that your own grounding is essential and that might look like reducing your output or focusing on survival at this point. That is okay, I'm right there with you. I have received many messages recently from people in this community apologizing for their absence because more important issues have their focus. Do not feel bad. Take care of yourself and come back when you're able. Don't let this keep you down, though. It's important to rest and come back rejuvenated so you don't let life steal your momentum and keep you knocked down. This is the energy I'm picking up on, especially after a period of excitement and adrenalin. Things are stabilizing now so you might be asked to slow down, so don't feel bad if you find your body doing this and your mind drifting to conserve energy and allocate it to survival patterns. I'm here for you no matter what and I myself am focusing on being gentle with myself as I go through my own transition. I might do today's energy forecast about this, but know that you are not alone and we are all here for you. Especially me. I'm sending you all SO much love! We will get through this together, do not withdraw completely. This won't help. You need healthy distractions even if it still means slowing down. Just some food for thought. Are you feeling this? @Atri Widi yes this!!! You must heal don’t try to put someone in this void that you think needs to heal. It’ll only hurt them and you more. You have to heal however this may be. Therapy is always good. Some of the strongest people I know have been in therapy for years. Other would never say a word. I’m very honest I have nothing to hide I am me and I know who I am and I’m happy with the man I’ve become and NOBODY will ever diminish this again!

@Atri Widi you won’t be disappointed I promise. Don’t let your ego get in your way! It’ll slowly fade. That’s what’s slowing you down now. You have to make it your master right now it’s controlling you and your emotions.
