Hi all, I’m Matthew, been licensed since 2015 with KW initially, moved to eXp this past February and love it! I focus primarily on residential, however, recently noticing more and more people are looking for land and multi-family opportunities. Just attended a seminar that told me multi-family rarely makes it to MLS as it’s usually traded off-market with commercial agents and so many PM’s and investors are constantly asking if units will sell or trade…I’m a slidesport freak so: skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing, wakeboarding, surfing, etc. Recently tried Wing Foiling and it’s awesome!
