I have reached a point where I can share my knowledge and help other. Though my dreams and passions have not fully been met. I love what I do but I need to keep learning as well. When we think we know it all thats when we really lose. I have a passion to build multiple streams of income. Currently, I am a real estate agent, a house flipper, and a loan officer. Realtor is a no brainer for me, flipping is good for big pay outs but it has its ups and downs. I have seen the good and the bad. Loan officer sucks and I dislike the business but to make a quick 2-3% on a home purchase for 2 hours it's not a bad side gig. For Flipping I would do it all again as the life and freedom from corporate America has been well worth it. There are a few things that I am passionate about. #1 God, #2 Fam #3 Real estate #4 Gym #5 Helping others If money wasn't an object I would end up living somewhere tropical, have an island with all my close people and a yacht. Grew up in the snow but should have been on a beach 🐠🌴🏝️
