OK, just landed my first AI only client, sold a bunch of GHL stuff and included AI, but this is my first AI only. I’m met the client from doing a presentation on how the real reason you’re not running more ads is because you don’t trust your follow up. Where I demoed my dope ass convo bots and voice bots. That’s led to seven appointments. I’m still sorting through the final results, 2 clients so far. But I just collected 1500 from this client. She’s awesome and super excited. I have them pay me that deposit before I build the contract out cause I don’t like wasting time building contracts for people that aren’t serious. She’s committed to another thousand next week, and will have the bot built in two weeks and then $500 a month. I’m building one ai text bot to reply to Facebook ads and one that will sit on her website widget as a live chat bot.

I have, in a past life, been a VERY active networker. BNI, Chambers of Commerce, Construction Associations, you name it. I'm quite forward when I want to meet someone. I just enter conversations, tap people on the shoulder, etc. Since 2020, however, I've gone from Mr. Networker to Mr. Home Office Zoom guy. Well, tonight changed a lot of that. I went to a Chamber of Commerce Business After 5 in an area called Muskoka. It's the Canadian equivalent of Aspen, The Hamptons, etc. The very richest people in North America have "cottages" ( I call them northern palaces on the water... the boat houses are more expensive and more expensive than most single family homes. It's a 20 minute drive for me to get to the closest town and there are 5 Chambers of Commerce. Expensive cottages mean high end trades companies and I know a lot of them. When I was working for a home automation company, I developed this area, connecting with builders, interior designers and architects and was in the local home builders' association. Tonight, was my first big reintroduction to this business community. I had my AI Guy Shirt on and ended up getting cards from the marketing manager of the host... a restoration company and builder... and a heating, plumbing & electrical company that has over 30 trucks on the road (I just so happen to know one of the owners from my home automation days). Someone even turned me around so they could show off the back of my shirt. By the end of next week, I'm sure I'll have presented to both of those companies. I'm going to spend a LOT more time in Muskoka this year.

Thankful for a strong speaking engagement today 🙏 800+ people joined live, nearly 200 new leads came in, and 17 demo calls are already booked with business owners. So grateful for the opportunity. Now it’s time to master these demo calls and keep building. Let’s go.
