@Sonja Neal Hey! So ideally you want to pick the title company/attorney. You want to call and find out if they are doing "assignment or double closes" if they don't know what you are talking about then run lol.. You can get in on local facebook groups or ask me and I'll get you a recommended title/attorney

@Sonja Neal hey, you really need to be in only one area. I don’t think it’s best to do multiple states starting out. The goal is to learn your market!
