@Swayam Singla yeah buyers are pulled from tax record data but Iโ€™ve built a system that shows each zip code and how %s change Then for this data it was 600+ buyers so you would get all their phone numbers Then I have which buyer is the โ€œhottestโ€ in each zip so you could pull them when you have a deal in that zip code Itโ€™s much deeper than what Iโ€™m saying here
