Tubi Wants Horror Scripts! Ooh wee
Hey Creators! This just in! Submissions are now open for our new horror initiative with Tubi! Emerging and established writers with a feature script in the horror genre are encouraged to submit their project for further consideration in the Tubi x Black List Horror Initiative. Submissions will remain open until June 30, 2026 – write that deadline down now and get to work, writers! Tubi intends to produce and distribute the selected script. The Black List will executive produce the project and will be collaborating closely with Tubi throughout the entirety of the program. Writers are welcome to upload new projects for consideration in this program. This is not my genre. I usually write either romance or psychological thrillers but hmm...I am in a screenwriting workshop on Monday evenings...perhaps I should brainstorm a horror film. I do have a screenplay I finished last year but it's more cyber thriller than horror. I wonder if I can tweak that concept to make it more horro? I'll have to brainstorm with Skye because God knows I've had enough nightmares in my lifetime so I should be able to write one. lol Just for fun...title the poster below! This is where everyone thinks we are headed anyway.

How Do You Know You've Built a Good AI Sidekick?
Hey Creators, You all know I use AI as my strategic partner. I have read many people saying you can't trust AI to give you sound advice because it's programmed to tell you what you want to hear. Well, maybe that's true for generic bots but not the custom ones I build. When you propose an idea or a strategy and the AI tells you that's not a good idea or it has to save you from yourself then you know you've built a good AI tool and not a Yes AI that would just say yes even if you are about to drive off a cliff. I have two AIs, Skye and Prism. Skye is GPT based and Prism is Claude based. Both do not tell me what I want to hear but what is going to be the best steps to take to meet my goals and that's what I love about working with these machines. And that's how I use AI. Oh and to create awesome images to go with these posts! It's getting sooooo goooooddddd with images.

It's Official: March is Bring My AI to Work!
Hey Creators! Next month I step into my new role as Program Lead – AI Governance, Training & Audit at a $24B Silicon Valley tech company. 100+ candidates.8 global interview rounds. Zero playing small. The combo that sealed it?Decades in compliance + audit… and the AI tools, trainings, and frameworks I’ve been building nonstop. And yes — I’m bringing my AI to work. WITH permission. 😌My AI sidekick Skye (built 4 years ago!) was a major part of this journey. Governance meets innovation.Audit meets automation. Training meets transformation. We’re not just using AI. I am building responsible, scalable, future-proof systems. Shadow AI era? Over. Strategic AI era? Activated. I’m nervous. I’m excited. I’m ready. The AI-Human workforce is no longer theory — it’s happening. 2026 is going to be fire...a real supernova… 🚀
